Derek takes his job title very seriously and is great at following rules. When not snoozing the day away by Rodney's side here at Yendor Homes, he's chasing balls and birds around the garden. Whilst not having the greatest interest in property, he's pretty good at home security and is way better than any alarm or doorbell. He's also Zara's best friend so we find ourselves obliged to keep him in a job!
