Absolutely not. The prices you see above are the prices you will pay to Yendor Homes. The only additional costs you remain responsible for are your conveyancing and Home Report costs.
These are payable to your solicitor and surveyor respectively and are mandatory additional costs no matter who you choose to sell your home with. I've managed to secure some great rates with local solicitors and surveyors for these services. If you haven't already arranged your own, feel free to reach out and I'll happily ask them to get in touch with you to provide a quotation.
Certainly. I can offer any additional service you might care for, although in all honesty, the extensive collection of features and marketing options that come as standard in my packages are proven to sell homes quickly and for the best price. Yendor Homes fixed fee packages include more options than many high street agents premium packages that come at a premium pricetag!

Absolutely! You will be guided through the entire process by an experienced property professional (me!) from the first viewing to the safe handover of keys on completion day. After sales can be stressful, this is where a good property professional is worth every penny. Paying upfront will save you money, whereas paying on completion could be more convenient as payment comes directly from the sale proceeds. Either way the service from Yendor Homes is offered with our "no sale, no fee" guarantee.
I'm yet to receive a justifiable answer from any estate agent with a valid reason as to why its ok to charge someone thousands more for the same service, just because the client's property has a higher value. It makes no sense to me.
I do get pushback along the lines of; "well you're paying for the additional time and service".
My clear answer to this is my clients will receive the very best levels of service and integrity at all times, without fail, be they marketing a single garage or a luxury mansion. With fixed fee, everybody has the same fair choice and experience. I will not compromise on service level dependent on how small or large the overall transaction may be.
I honestly don't believe they need to be any higher. Yendor Homes overheads are low. There is no expensive high street office, commission based selling staff to pay, or a fleet of fancy cars. Instead I work from my home office and have everything I need in terms of property tech, systems and tools that rival and better those of more established high street offerings. Subsequently I am able to pass my savings onto you and get you moving for less.

Additionally some agents are charging an upfront "marketing fee" of between £99 and £349 on top of that too before lifting a finger!! Wow!
