To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 it is important that only clients who are serious about making an offer to let can physically view a property.
Therefore the process for applying will be as follows:
You should complete this application form openly and honestly as possible. During later stages of the verification process, you will be required to evidence the information that you have provided. This will include reference checks from your employer or landlord, as well as a credit search, proof of your address, proof of your income and other background checks.
Should you wish to proceed with an application after your viewing, you will be invited to create a rent passport via My Rental CV (https://www.myrentalcv.com/), who will verify your application details and make appropriate tenancy checks.
If you are particularly keen on the property in question, you may wish to prepare this step prior to attending the viewing. This may help to speed up the process and set you ahead of other applicants.
